Typically it includes such phases as modules selection, including so-called third party modules: Trinity, Mekorma, DynamicsZIP, Avalara, WennSoft, Horizon, etc. Next step usually comprises data conversion and user training. Data conversion typically is just initial balances setup, but sometimes it requires historical data import into Great Plains.
